# Toronto Flag Football League (TFFL)

TFFL is a recreational flag football league based in Toronto that offers a professional-level experience in a fun, safe, non-contact environment. The league runs Spring (May–June) and Fall (September–November) seasons for players of all ages, genders, sizes, and skill levels.

- **Learn to Play (Ages 5–8)**: Introduction to flag football fundamentals for young children.
- **Youth (Ages 9–16)**: Age-divided divisions for youth players. Includes a pro-style jersey, Sonic Boom flag belt, and TFFL swag.
- **Girls (Ages 9–16)**: Dedicated divisions for girls, same age groupings as Youth.
- **Adult (17+)**: Recreational and competitive divisions for adults.
